Hardside Return Policy

My Waterbed Shop is committed to providing you with the best possible products
available on the market today, however, if a problem should arise, we are happy to
offer a 30 day exchange/ return policy. Returns will not be accepted without a return
authorization number. If you wish to return an item, contact us with the following
information:
1) Your original invoice number.
2) The reason for the return.
After we receive this information, we will issue you a return authorization number and
information on how to ship the order back to us. Please note that returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee plus initial shipping charges. Returns must be sent freight
prepaid. Any returns sent back to us without a return authorization number, or sent
to us collect, will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.
Return products must be in original packaging and cannot be used in any way.
Waterbed heaters, waterbed sheets, waterbed comforters, waterbed massage units and waterbed mattress pads are exchange only.
Hardside beds, drawer pedestals,hardside zip covers,softside beds, softside mattresses, and softside covers are non-returnable because they are considered special order merchandise and do not ship from our own facility.
All waterbed conditioner, patch kits, fill kits and fill and drain kits cannot be returned, they are sold as final sale only.
Air pumps, air mattresses, all air beds parts are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus original ship charges because the shipper will not take back the merchandise and it is non-stocked merchandise.
Because of the high cost of shipping any order shipped that is refused will result in a 50% restocking fee.(this does not apply to damaged items).
Please be sure to double check your order before you submit it to us. if you order
the wrong size, or provide us with the wrong shipping address, it will fall under our
restocking fee policy.
