- The shipping charge on all International orders is not refundable. Even if the item is returned defective, damaged or outright refused for any reason.
- All damaged items, defective items maybe returned to us at customers expense. Once we receive the item back we will credit the customer back for the value of the item but not the shipping.
- All shipments are insured for damage. If you wish to make a damage claim you must contact the delivering party in your hometown to establish a claim. Once we are reimbursed from the insurance company we will then replace the damaged item at our expense.
- No refunds can be issued on insurance claims as this is a replacement only option. This is our policy as well as the Insurance Companies.
