All shipments to the 48 states are FREE. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be billed additional shipping charges. Most items are shipped the same day or next day after order is placed. Usual delivery time is 3 to 5 BUSINESS days. EXPRESS delivery is available for a small additional fee. Express shipping will expedite your shipment to 3 BUSINESS days or less. An additional fee will be calculated for you during the checkout process.
Complete Beds
Complete beds are usually delivered within 1 week from date of shipping. If you purchased a complete bed, you will be called by a local delivery agent before delivery to set up a day and time for you to accept your new bed. Please note that our free shipping option may not apply to rural areas that require special handling. You will be notified before we ship your bed if any shipping surcharges will apply.
