Shipping

There is a $200 minimum order for all international orders. We ship Fedex Priority or Economy with tracking and Insurance. You will be billed separately for the shipping. You are also responsible for all customs, taxes and broker fees associated with your order.

Replacement parts

Replacement parts such as mattresses, heaters, and safety liners are shipped via air directly to your door. Please email us for a quote and include the following information.

Complete Beds

We can ship complete beds directly to your door, but have found through experience that the most cost effective way to deliver your new bed is to ship it to the airport nearest you. You pick up the bed directly from the airport. My Waterbed Shop has partnered with some of the best freight forwarding firms in the business and can deliver your bed at very low rates.
