All items ordered from the Bedroom Set page are subject to the following return policy:
The Oak Matrix Waterbed Wall, The Oak platform bed with 12 inch drawer base, The Oak Bedwall for Waterbeds, The 6 drawer 12 inch princess waterbed base, the 14 inch Oak Waterbed Pedestal and all Oak Furniture which are listed on the Bedroom Set page are subject to the following:

1. Once your order ships you cannot receive any refund to your credit card or paypal account.
2. If anything is missing from your order it must be noted on the delivery receipt and will be replaced at our expense.
3. If any of the product is damaged, or of poor quality, it must be noted on the delivery receipt. You must fully inspect the all pieces at the time of delivery while the driver is still present. If you sign the delivery receipt that you received the furniture, bed wall,platform bed, drawer pedestal in good condition than you cannot make any claim for poor workmanship, scratches, dent, defects etc.
4. Do not sign the delivery receipt unless you are absolutely sure all of the product is in satisfactory condition as you are giving up all rights to claim that it is not in satisfactory condition.
