If you do not reside in North America, the prices on our web site do not include shipping. Please refer to the instructions below for international shipping procedures. Replacement parts Replacement parts such as mattresses, heaters, and safety liners are shipped via air directly to your door. Please email us for a quote and include the following information. 1) The product you wish to purchase. 2) Your name, address, and Telephone / fax # A customer service representative will get back to you promptly. Complete Beds We can ship complete beds directly to your door, but have found through experience that the most cost effective way to deliver your new bed is to ship it to the airport nearest you. You pick up the bed directly from the airport. My Waterbed Shop has partnered with some of the best freight forwarding firms in the business and can deliver your bed at very low rates. Duty's and taxes Duty's and taxes vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer to assume. |
